Bloomin pine needles!!!!

One down side of living in the middle on nowhere in the middle of a wood. We get this for a couple of weeks a year but still find pine needles for months.

Only washed and polished it last week.

It's a pretty cool looking effect, whack some clear coat plastic dip to hold it place.

Pine needles are almost as bad as beach sand (ask @MAURICE THE MARTIAN ) Our zed has been covered in brick dust since tuesday due to them demolishing a couple of buildings around 150 meters away. Just washed and cleaned her this morning now it has finished.

Oh no, I bet they get everywhere. . . How annoying,.. but on the other hand I suppose it is a small price to pay for all that wonderful scenery up there in Killin. If I didn't cover my car it might be covered in beer cans

I did think about a leaf blower but thought might be a bit too powerful

Put some tape over the front of the blower - stops the air flow!

Pine needles are terribly dangerous for the narrow places of the car though...
But great to smoke fish and meat.. .

The pattern of this is quite remarkable!!! If you TRIED to do this, It might take you weeks to get the needles so EVENLY spread out all over the car. If you listen carefully, you might hear a soft low laughter coming out of the woods from nature playing such a trick on you!! Frankie

@FRANKIE it is a light wind that allows this, last night we looked out of the window as we thought it was snowing! It was the needles falling to the ground.

Washed the car again today, we'll see what it is like in the morning.

P.S. We did have real snow on higher ground last night

Looks like winter is just around the corner Brian. It's odd but I seem to remember snow wasn't rare around the time of the old RAC Rally back in the day but we don't see it often anymore.

We're in a week of double digit high temps when we're usually shovelling snow at this time of the year. Monday predicts +17C for a daytime high with +2 being the norm! I love it because now I can close my top without cracking a frozen rear window in my soft top. Next the HT goes on and drive it till it won't start due to cold temps. Don't get many pine needles but lots of leaves JIM
