Archived BBMF at Conningsby

Have just signed up on .net with Pingu to go and watch the Battle of Britian Memorial Flight take off at RAF Conningsby, in Lincolnshire. They are going to do a fly past at Windsor Castle on 19th May.

I know some of you Guys went to see it last year, I remember a great shot of the pilot in the Lancaster. It's a opportunity not to miss.

I don't know if anyone else is interested, especially as it's not too far away for us Fenlanders If so pop over to .net and have a look.

I went last year and am going this. The sight and sound of the Lancaster, Spitfires and Hurricane is awesome. It will be extra special this year as my Dad will be jumping in the Zed with me and whizzzzing over to see the Lancaster for the first time since he worked on them over 60 years ago...fantasic lane) :-bd :-bd

That's good, Pete. I believe we are meeting up at McDonalds. It has been arranged on .net with about 4 cars going. :-bd
