My laptop has finally given up and that is what I used to run INPA and the likes for the Z3 & Z4

I now also have just bought a F31 335d as my daily and wondering if INPA ISTA and the likes is still the way to go or if there is a more "modern" way now. I have looked at Bimmercode & Carly and not convinced they would offer everything I need.

I'll need it for both the zeds and the F31 for changing options, a bit of coding and diagnostics

Any recommendations or anyone selling an old laptop with Windows 10?
Thanks

I have the beemerlink app and a Bluetooth dongle for my g31. It let's me perform things like the rear brake service, battery coding and the usual fault code stuff. The app was 30£ and works well. The Bluetooth dongle I use was something I already had but the app seems to work on a range of Bluetooth widgets. I still use inpa on the zed and e30.

For the F31 Bimmergeeks Protool does 80% of ISTA in an app..far more capable than Carly and BimmerCode ..but..doesn’t really cover anything pre E89/E90

I may have a old laptop with Windows 10.
I'll dig it out today.
PM me for details.
Sorry Clive68 I have only seen this, managed to get my laptop working the battery had fallen out and a few bits inside broken when "nobody who borrowed it dropped it" happened :) Upgraded the SSD and Windows 11 whilst I was at it. Thanks though much appreciated
