Buying a car from the continent

I am looking at buying a car that I have found in Germany. It is being sold by someone who moved from the Uk and is now selling a right hand drive car back to the Uk because resale is poor in Germany.

My concern is fraud of course. It is what I want and at a good price but it is buying it by pictures only. They are doing the transaction through a company called WSJ Logistics who are registered here in the Uk. They state they give a 10 day warrantee and so on.

Has anyone had any dealings similar to this or even better heard of WSJ Logistics?

Its in Munich and supposedly already at the Logistics agency's warehouse for shipment back to the Uk.
