OEM Headlights and VANOS Re-seal

Hey all, I got tired of the Halo headlights and not being able to drive at night due to their poor lighting. Tried several times to align them but failed. I sleuthed out OEM lights and was surprised to find new ones were totally over priced ($700-$1000 each!) Found a used pair on EBay for $100 Had to clean them for about an hour but after install they look and perform fantastically.
The 2nd thing I did last week was rebuild the double Vanos on the 2001 3.0 roadster. I was getting the surge at 3000 RPM's and was told it was deffinetly the Vanos. Did the job in about 6 hours. This is now a totally different driving car. More HP. More torque. Smoother starts and runs like a new Z3. I really didn't know what I was missing. It was a blast to drive before the rebuild... Now I can scare myself

I like the front kidney grills! Where did you get them and how much please!

I also have the ///M front bumper with car colout Oxford Green 2.

The cheap halos came with the Z. The car had been in a fender bender so the hood and front bumper was replaced. They installed the M bumper then.

Just went out to the shop and took an after pic of the OEM headlights. So happy with these lights. I can see at night now
