Where did you find a picture of my second wife?![]()
Reading the Times today the motability scheme (which made £745m profit last year) is going to get a hiding in the next budget and so it should when you look at some of the vehicles available on motability. It's meant to get you from A to B. When my son told me what his wife got on motability I was amazed. In a roundabout way I paid for that.£378 pa for my Z3 2.8 Will SORN it before end of the month.
£171 pa for a 4.2t PHGV diseasel Motorhome. Before up plating from 3.5t £360 pa
£345 pa for my 3.0l V6 diseasel Merc GLE. But as it's registered as a disabled users vehicle, £0 pa
Looking at a Motability EV that is £10 pa paid by Motability. Otherwise £10 pa for Year 1, then £665 pa for years 2-5 if bought as a non Motability car. They wonder why EVs are not selling, and 2nd prices are low. A no brainer to go Motability EV, especially when married to home Solar PV and a battery, which possibly will have no cost for charging at home with certain tariffs. Insurance, maintenance, tyres, breakdown cover all included on the Motability Scheme.
