Mechanical God's out there, I found this on my drive that I share with the neighbours (several cars), kind of hoping it's off one of their's ![Crossed fingers :fingers_crossed: 🤞](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/joypixels/emoji-assets@5.0/png/64/1f91e.png)
Any ideas please![Folded hands  🙏](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/joypixels/emoji-assets@5.0/png/64/1f64f.png)

Cheers, though it must come from from either my Z3 or one of the neighbours cars as we live in a remote area on a farm with no public access.Looks like a ball joint of some description. Not the kind of thing you could loss without noticing. Unless something like an antiroll bar joint.
Likely fell off the back of a scrap truck.
Yup, just that and nothing else I could see. The top is rubber surrounding metal.Just that thread - if it is a thread - doesn't look like it's been used in years.
Is it a metal ball-and-socket joint like suspension, steering etc. Or is it a solid rubber bracket kind of thing.
Looks similar. I'll need to pop my Z on the ramp and take a look.Is this it?

Your thing looks like it's been loose for a while so likely not as critical as an engine mount. But that kind of thing. Threaded stud top and bottom support bush kind of thing.
Looks like a broken anti-roll bar drop link to me.Mechanical God's out there, I found this on my drive that I share with the neighbours (several cars), kind of hoping it's off one of their's
