Hi,

Does anyone have one of these in reasonable condition?

Mine is torn and has been for quite some time. The panels are coming off for paint in a couple of months so it's the perfect time to swap this out.

Unfortunately BMW don't stock this anymore!

I need one to fit into the pre-facelift 2.8 rear quarters.

I did see this one on eBay when looking but not clear what condition it's in. Looks like it has a couple of small tears. Think it will be difficult to find something in reasonable condition as most of these will be close to 30 years old now.

I've messaged the seller anyway to ask.

Bump!

I managed to get hold of one from a 1.9 which was fairly clean with no splits but unfortunately it doesn't fit with the pre-facelift widebody rear quarters. It's too short!

If anyone has one of these to spare from a 2.8 pre-facelift I'll take it.

By the time I've found one without any splits I think I'll have a small collection!

I have one of these in good condition from a 2.8 Coupe which fits to both facelift and pre-facelift widebodies according to real-OEM, part number 51718410659.
It's the newer version for models with lock actuator, don't know if this ist important to you?

I'm located in Germany though, so cheapest shipping costs around £19 and you might need to pay some sort of import tax I guess?

If you're interested nonetheless and cannot source it elsewhere, I can send you some pictures.
