You can put your jack under the diff and lift both rear wheels at the same time and then put the axle stands under the jacking pad. You might need to "jack and pack" several times to get the car high enough to get the stands under though. It can depend on if your car is lowered or if your jack...

Prefacelift Z3 didn't have inboard OBD11 port as they aren't OBD11 they are ADS

I'm sure I have one somewhere in my garage than has had very little use. I couldn't get on with INPA so I invested in a Foxwell NT520Pro with BMW software. I'm currently working away from home until next Friday night ( 05/07/24). I'll have a look to see if I can find it.
