My 97 1.9 Z3 does a fair bit of motorway mileage but at 70mph/3000rpm it is clear that an extra cog would be nice. Has anyone fitted a 6 speed gearbox? If so, what vehicle did it come from, how much did it cost and most importantly, was it worth it?
