You can say that again - I paid my 345 quid last month - Ouch indeed.

On the other hand. My mouse finger is still shaking after just paying my water bill of £958 quid. And Council Tax bill arrived this morning £2054. Ouch indeed. So, maybe the 345 quid for the road tax is money well spent if it puts a smile back on my miserable face.

It's not 'Road Tax' , it's vehicle tax, just another tax. We all moan, but everything has to be paid for in one way or another. :( Energy going up again as well.

Well It is a vinyl one, I live in the tropics where it rains for half the year and is humid for the rest, I'm tired of my roof smelling like a wet cat, when its not going moldy... fitting it will be a bundle of joy, of that I am certain...

I 'bought' a fresh MOT on Tuesday which commits the Z3 to a trip down to Imola this Easter Weekend for the WEC, so today's purchase was a bunch of continent-driving paraphernalia, and a couple of 20mm spacers for the rear wheels. Just waiting on longer wheel bolts before fitting

Not really important but you don't need the breathalysers

Yup, but they came as part of the set with the deflectors and I wanted the sticker for the number plate instead of one of the oval ones that go on the bodywork

A new (remanufactured) cat; took almost 3 months from order to delivery though. Seemingly, a special order from Germany (no UK stock).
Having it fitted next Monday. Hopefully the car will stop sounding like it has a bag of bolts in a baked bean can attached to the exhaust, and I can reclaim the almost £400 surcharge. :)

just replaced the door handle rubber gaskets - cheap and easy job to tidy the car up that little bit more.
The originals just crumbled to dust on removsl.
I say easy - that is until you slip and drop the Allen key down into the door you were using to hook the slide with
